Steps to make Fish Samosa:
- Mix all stuffing ingredients together and prepare with boil and Mashed Potatoes.
- Now prepare dough for fish Samosa.
- Take a mixing bowl and pour Maida, salt, oil, refined flour, ajwain and bind and mix together with water and form a Dough. Cover it and rest it for 10 mins.
- Now take a Dough and roll it on the kitchen platform and make like a poori shape. Then on the middle of it add stuffing as shown in the fig. Just like a straight line. Apply little stuffing.
- Take a knife and cut it from the sides as shown in the fig and just fold it cross. At last for it's tail just take a knife and mark like line. For it's eye's use cloves. Repet the same process with the rest.
- Now turn on the flame and pour sufficient amount of oil for deep frying. The oil must not be too hot. On a low flame fry the fish shape Samosa. It will take 20 mins to fry and crispy.
- At a time you can fry 6 to 7. If one side done then flip it to other side. Again fry other side, then it's done serve it hot and with Chutney then enjoy.
