  6. add 1 cp unsifted cake flour and beat well
  7. fold beaten egg whites into batter then pour into cookie sheet
  8. bake 18 minutes on high rack
  9. immediately lay cake on clean towel and pull off wax paper
  10. cover cake with jam
  11. roll cake with towel around it
  12. set for a few minutes
  13. remove towel and place on dish
  14. sprinkle with powdered sugar
