Instructions to make Vegetarian BBQ:
  1. Firstly make the chickpea salsa in a bowl adding drained chickpeas, chopped red onion,green chillies,diced tomato,salt+pepper,olive oil n squeeze lime.
  2. Secondly heat your oven in 190c, marinate your mushrooms with garlic, salt +pepper+olive oil.marinate your potatoes n pumpkin WD salt n olive oil.glaze your sweet corn with butter n salt put it in oven.
  3. For garlic butter whisk salted butter WD mustard seeds, chopped garlic n chopped parsley n ready to spread in Turkish roll.then you can put in oven till it's crisp n golden brown.
  4. You can put sausages either in bbq machine or oven.This is how it looks when every items is ready in plate n ready to serve👍
