- Prepare 250 gms cauliflower

Steps to make Vegetarian thali:
- First wash the cauliflower in warm water
- Now wipe it with clean towel and cut it into small pieces now take a pan add oil and green chilli, cumin seeds, sarso seeds and asfoited mix them then add tomatoes and cauliflower and salt and some water cover it for 5-7 min.
- Add boiled potatoes and all the spices and garam masala again cover for 3-4 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- For dhokla
- Soak daal for 4-5 hrs then coarsely grind the dal
- Now cover the batter for 6-7 hrs for ferment then add 1 tbsp of oil, salt and eno mix well
- Now take a thali grease it with oil and add the batter now steam for 10 min. Cool the dhokla and cut it into pieces
- Now take a pan add 3 tbsp of ground nut oil and add seasame seeds curry leaves, sarso seeds let's crackle them then add red chilli powder and salt add dhokla
- Mix all the things very well and add coriander leaves
