- Take a pan heat up oil and ghee add cumin seeds bay leaves and onions
- In a bowl add yoghurt gg paste and all dry spices whisk well
- When onions get light brown add yoghurt mixture to it
- Fry it on high flame until oil seperates
- Now add chiken pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes then add funegreek and fry for more 5 minutes
- Cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes on a very low flame
- Your methi chiken is ready to be servedπ
