The whole process of frying takes at least one hour or more. However chicken and fish can also be used to make meat floss. I use pork for today's recipe. And since no preservative substance used, larger batches are not recommended. The breading or batter used to coat the fish affect the flavor and the crispiness of the cooked fish.
