- Cut up tomatoes, carrots, and peppers to desired size. - Cook for about 25 min
- Watch it cuz i cooked it for a minute too long and burnt the bottom of the pan..
- It came out quite delicious!! Eat it with a salad and chumus or with pretzels or even just plain :)
