- Grate the beet root. Heat oil in kadai. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida let it crackle. Add grated beet root saute it for few minutes.Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, garlic 4 chopped, coriander leaves chopped, black pepper and salt. Fry for a few minutes. Cool it. Take out in a bowl. Make a dough. After kneading a dough. Keep aside for few minutes. Now make a dough ball in lemon size.Take 1 cup wheat flour. Mix the wheat flour with beet root curry, add chopped coriander leaves, oil and salt.
- Roll it into round shape. While making a paratha The paratha will be crispy.Heat tawa. Place the paratha,cook on both the sides.
